LMP-F

At Design Works Group, we are passionate about designing spaces that reflect our clients' brand identities. For this project, we drew inspiration from our client's love for supercars and designed a space which heroes display vehicles while integrating areas that complement the LMP-F lifestyle.

The spatial plan was carefully organized to take advantage of The Leonardo's large glass facade, which allows for natural light to illuminate the supercars on display. Subtle textures and a neutral color palette were used to define a minimalist approach that puts the focus on the vehicles.

To ensure that the supercars remain the centerpieces of the showroom both day and night, an advanced artificial lighting strategy was implemented. This strategy uses cutting-edge lighting technology to showcase the vehicles in the best possible light, highlighting their unique features and design.

We believe that good design is about more than just aesthetics - it's also about functionality. That's why we took care to create a space that complements the LMP-F lifestyle, with integrated areas that are designed to provide a seamless and intuitive experience for customers.

ADAPT & REUSE WAREHOUSE

An adaptive reuse project involves repurposing an existing structure for a new function, rather than demolishing it and building something new. Adaptive reuse is an important approach to architecture today for several reasons. First and foremost, it promotes sustainability by minimizing the environmental impact of new construction.

Rather than using new resources and creating additional waste, adaptive reuse allows for the preservation of existing structures and materials. In addition to its environmental benefits, adaptive reuse can also have economic benefits. By reusing an existing structure, construction costs can be reduced, as well as take advantage of existing infrastructure and amenities. Overall, adaptive reuse is an important approach to architecture today that balances environmental and economic considerations. It allows for the preservation and repurposing of existing structures, rather than simply tearing them down and starting from scratch.

TRUCK SALES & SPARES

The truck spares business had been operating in the same location for several years. However, as their business continued to grow, they found that their existing space was no longer sufficient to meet their needs. To address this issue, they embarked on a renovation project to create a more functional and efficient workspace.

The expansion project involved adding a new section to the existing building, which included a larger warehouse, a showroom, and office space for their expanding staff. The new space was thoughtfully designed to provide better storage and organization of their products, as well as a more pleasant and functional experience for their customers.

To ensure that the renovated space was tailored to the specific needs of the business, our design team worked closely with the owners to identify their requirements and preferences. By taking a collaborative approach, we were able to create a space that not only met their business needs but also reflected their brand identity and vision.

The result of the expansion and renovation project was a more spacious and functional store that could better meet the growing needs of the business. The new showroom allowed for a larger inventory display, and the additional storage space enabled the business to stock more products, reducing the need for frequent restocking.

Overall, the renovation project was a success, helping the truck spares business to better serve its customers, improve its operational efficiency, and position itself for continued growth and success in the future. We are proud to have been a part of this project and to have contributed to the success of our client's business.
